Privacy policy

This website is operated by STBG Innovations (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question or request, contact us through our contact page.

Our enquiry forms and the booking options on each project page (free site visit, live video tour, face-to-face meeting and free cab) send the details you enter to our lead database when you press submit. This includes:

• your name and phone number, and your email address if you give it;
• the project, configuration, budget and message you choose to share;
• for bookings, your preferred day and time, the number of visitors and any pick-up or meeting address;
• the page you sent it from, the time, and campaign tags in the link you arrived from (for example from an advertisement).

You must agree to be contacted before a request is sent. The database is provided by Supabase, our database service, and is protected so that visitors can only add requests; only STBG Innovations staff who sign in to our admin area can read them.

If you choose WhatsApp instead, or follow up on WhatsApp, your message travels through WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

The careers form runs in your browser and prepares an email in your own email app; nothing is sent until you press send there, and the website does not keep a copy. You attach your CV yourself.

When you send an email or WhatsApp message, we receive the details you included, such as your name, phone number, email address, the project you are interested in, your budget range, your message and, for job applications, your CV. Your message travels through your own email or WhatsApp provider, whose privacy policy also applies.

We use this information only to:

• reply to your enquiry and share the project information you asked for;
• arrange a site visit or call if you request one;
• consider your job application.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so no third-party content is loaded when you browse.

It does keep a few small notes in your browser’s own storage (not cookies, and never sent to us): whether the enquiry pop-up has already been shown, whether you have recently sent a request (so we don’t ask again), and any campaign tags from the link you arrived on until you close the tab.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used for security and reliability. These logs are handled by the hosting provider under its own privacy policy.

Some links open services run by other companies, such as WhatsApp or map directions. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this website.

We keep the requests, messages and applications you send only for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your enquiry, and for any period required by law or for legitimate business records. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or erase it, and you may withdraw consent for its use. To make a request or raise a concern, contact us through our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children.

If we change how this website handles information, for example by adding analytics or an online form service, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above before the change takes effect.
