For every project we offer, we share the developer’s current cost sheet, floor plans and RERA details, arrange site visits and help you through booking. Each project page names its developer, so you always know who is building your home.

How we work

From shortlist to booking

STBG Innovations is not the developer. We help you compare, visit and book, and the developer builds and delivers your home.

    Get current cost sheets, floor plans and RERA details for each option, side by side.

    We arrange site and experience-centre visits at a time that suits you.

    Book

    We help you through the expression of interest, booking and paperwork with the developer.
