Who builds the projects on this website?
Each project is built by the developer named on its page: Codename New Dimension by Abhee Ventures, and The Right Life by Mana Projects and Skanda. STBG Innovations helps you compare them, get cost sheets and floor plans, and arrange site visits.
What is the difference between pre-launch and new launch?
Pre-launch means the developer is taking expressions of interest before the official launch, usually at an introductory price. New launch means a new phase or tower has opened for booking. Either way, check the RERA registration for the specific tower before you pay.
How do I get the cost sheet for a unit?
Send an enquiry from the project page or the Contact page and mention the configuration, floor or facing you prefer. The cost sheet lists the base price, floor rise and the other charges that apply.
Are these projects RERA registered?
Codename New Dimension Phase I is registered as Abhee City Urban Glenn (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/250826/008887). The Right Life is registered phase by phase; ask us for the number of the tower you are considering. Always verify on rera.karnataka.gov.in.
Can I visit the sites?
Yes. Both sites are next to Greenwood High International School on the Varthur–Sarjapur Road. Tell us your preferred date and time in your enquiry and we will arrange the visit.
Do you guarantee investment returns?
No. Property values can rise or fall, and nobody can guarantee returns or rental income. We recommend independent financial and legal advice before you invest.
What should I check before booking?
Typically: the RERA registration for the tower, the title documents, approved plans, the payment schedule, the carpet and saleable areas of your unit and the terms of the agreement for sale. A property lawyer can review these for you.
